Evolv Limited Product Warranty

Evolv provides a non-transferable limited product warranty (“Limited Warranty”) to the original purchaser of an Evolv product (“Product”) purchased from an authorized Evolv reseller. Evolv warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days for Reflex devices and 1 year for DNA boards, starting on the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”), when used in normal, intended, non-commercial use, according to instructions and published technical specifications.

Covered Purchasers

This Limited Warranty covers the original retail consumer purchaser of the Product from an authorized Evolv reseller. Coverage terminates if a covered consumer sells or otherwise transfers the Product. This Limited Warranty is provided only to the original consumer purchasing the product, and all express and implied warranties to non-purchasers are disclaimed.


If your Product contains a defect in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, then Evolv will repair or replace the product at Evolv’s expense. To obtain Limited Warranty coverage, the original purchaser must returned the Product to Evolv or another place as directed by Evolv with the original sales receipt and completed RMA form. You may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees. Evolv may, at its discretion (1) repair the Product using new or equivalent-to-new refurbished parts in good working condition, or (2) replace the Product.

Any repaired or replaced Prooduct will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period only.


This Limited Warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:

  • Wear and tear associated with normal use
  • Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repair
  • Any improper operation or use not in accordance with Product instructions or technical specifications
  • Cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged display (OLED)
  • Any other cause which does not relate to a defect in materials or workmanship

This Limited Warranty excludes coverage for any Product not purchased from an Evolv authorized reseller.

Evolv will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages related to the Product. Some states, including New Jersey, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Returning Your Product

In the event that you need to return your Evolv product for repair, Evolv will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Form and return instructions. Do not return your product without prior approval from Evolv. Any product returned without a valid RMA Form will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
